This mod is taken from an older version of the Previous Generation HUD by DroidRZRLover, specifically version 3.5 (This version is long abandoned and this files are not used by last version of the mod). What it does is simply bring back the old-gen icons into the game. It works perfectly in single-player, though I'm not sure about Online. Since these are old-gen icons, they might be missing some icons from newer DLC updates. I wanted to upload this here because no one else has done it yet.
Installation Instructions:
Open OpenIV.
Enable Edit Mode.
Navigate to:
/GTA V/Update/Update.rpf/x64/patch/data/cdimages
Copy minimap.gfx, minimap.ytd, and replace them.

In my opinion it would be better to just add a thicker outline to vanilla icons, this way you get oldgen feeling + higher quality + not having to edit minimap.gfx, and replace some of the icons that are actually unique in oldgen (like the helipad/hangar)
