This mod tries to bring more realism by making the city of Los santos more alive by adding NPCs in tourist places and in public transport, as well as cars parked in parking lots.
About GANG:
Regarding gangs, I simply made sure that it does not appear during the day or very rarely but rather at night
Because in the United States, neighborhoods like this are usually empty during the day!
HOURS FOR NPC & CARS SPAWN: 7:00 to 23:00
HOURS FOR GANGS SPAWN: 22:00 to 4:00
(FOR SUBWAY AT THIS MOMENT ONLY BURTON STATION HAVE MORE NPC)
This is the first version i will do more soon.

@Keke Why don't you remove it from the download if it's causing problems?
Don't download this shit until he updates it. I liked the idea of this mod, but it's insanely broken RN. There's a lot more than just the Vinewood file that cause hard crashes, and clearly the author doesn't know which ones these are either. Avoid, just get a gameconfig that bumps up the population for now.
@squidninja Ain't that bad tbh but you got Scenario Groups which is a similar mod with similar adjustments
@Elwero I've found If you install ONLY the script file, you still get a decent amount of functionality, but I'm not sure entirely what it is doing. It's an improvement over vanilla, but the rest of the mod is basically unusable for now.
