Installation:
(Make sure you have OpenIV for this)
Go To: Mods > Update > Update.rpf > x64 > movies
simply replace the given "rockstar_logos.bik" file
and there ya go!

Instead of the provided video being its full length, I've reduced it to about 51sec to compensate for GTAVs short loading time.
