(Has nothing to do with 101 dalmatians, i just made this because i like the dog)
Installation instructions:
1.) Start OpenIV
2.) x64e.rpf > models > cdimages > streamedpeds_a_c.rpf > a_c_retriever
3.) click edit mode
4.) replace head_diff_000_a_whi.ytd with downloaded file
5.) start gta v and enjoy ;)

Have you seen what a real dog of this breed looks like? And you just got the perfect circles in Paint. This breed is also smooth-haired.

@MARK2580 yeah i know that. just google "how to edit gta v textures" and watch the video by thenathans. he said paint.net was good for texture editing. so i used that.

@Q_Reels the model is the model from the game, this was just a texture edit. because i suck at blender :P
if you edit textures from the base chop model, you can use that.
chop's model is located in:
x64e.rpf >> models >> cdimages >> streamedpeds_a_c.rpf
