i havent played GTAV in a long time but i used to use Riot Mod and had an issue with it - the enemies were really really not accurate with their shots. barely hit me. even if i set their accuracy to 100.
is this the case for you as well?

@topeira Yes. I'm using 30 and seems they are OK with it. I mean, it's not that bad.

the question is - if you put 100 in their accuracy - are they really accurate or are they still really blind??

@topeira I have no idea how this works. Riot mod is broken as hell, tbh. YOu can't add more than 5 factions, on example. In first version of this mod there was 21 faction, but then I'd saw that only first 5-8 will spawn, cause then higher faction number - then lower chance...

the mod have been broken since a long time ago, sadly. its the mod i wanted the most to work, but for me being unable to get the AI to shoot straight , even at accuracy of 100, has ruined it. im waiting for someone else to remake a mod like this but sadly no one seems to want to pick up the gauntlet.
and even though i dont see a reason for having so many factions, i wouldnt be surprised if this is the case as well.... it's a shame the author left.

i have a question, are the military faction against you? Can you turn that?
