This is cool, id love to see an east coast overhaul for los santos. i miss liberty cities sky scrapers and narrow, dark alleyways. i love how noir the east coast is!!

will you make this building to the DIckacks Folder [dlc.rpf] so that the building loads with the map and you don't have to use Spooner to respawn the building every time you restart the game?

@Gogol210 - Again a cool looking building, but.....Needs a lot of work, the flickering, cubes as windows, repetetive/almost no textures, except for the roof that looks really good and textured, and again find a more suitable spot for the building. Lightning at nighttime and evening could be better.
