This is still very rough but if you want to take a look at the state of this project right now, here it is! The install instructions I put here will be mostly for those who already have what is needed for map mods. If you are a beginner to map modding I will have more detailed instructions in the next couple of updates until I like it enough for everyone to have.
Install:
-Have scripthookvdotnet
-Have map editor
- Place my .xml in GTA 5 main directory, once in game open map editor (F7 by deffault) go to load map and type 'premier' or place in AutoloadMaps folder in scripts folder
