This is an xml file used with menyoo. It contains many spooner modified vehicles and various peds in scenario and animation. I'll upload a video as soon as I have one.

once you have menyoo installed, this xml goes in your 'spooner' file inside the 'menyoostuff' folder located in your games directory.

@COD MASTER 123 With the Menyoo spooner. Its actually the SUV attached to a Mesa of road or Brawler. All of these spooner vehicles are mash ups of vehicles currently in the game. You like them?

@krashdam this is a map and the vehicles were made with the Menyoo spooner. The vehicles are merged vehicles currently in the game.
