Installation FIVEM :
1) - Copy/Past the folder " TrevorLuxuryHouse " on your resource folder .
2) - Open your server.cfg and Ensure TrevorLuxuryHouse
Installation YMAP :
INSTALLATION : Mapping [Ymap] :
step 1 : Open the file with Winrar or any other program that allows you to unzip
these types of files.
step 2 : Put "TrevorLuxuryHouse" folder into 'mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/custom map.

@Abdul Champ Nice! looks great but a few things; 1. The garage won't seem to open. 2. when it's raining the house gets flooded. 3. Any chance you could remove the original fencing?
