Teleporting to that location given results in me falling under the map next to the Penitentiary. And still no sign of the map anywhere. Yes, my stunt folder is in my dlcpacks. Yes, it's mentioned in dlclist.xml. Yes, the folder contains the .rpf. Yes, I have a custom gameconfig.
Here's what you need to do. Take your current "stunt" folder in your directory. Delete it. Now, download the stunt map mod that you posted here. Because it could be the file you uploaded. Try installing that one. Now tell me if it works.
