This project is not 100% finished
This house has a rain ambient feture e.g. raindrops on the windows (inside) or water running down the house.
so let it rain when you are in the mood!
For a cozy atmosphere i made the interior a bit darker so relax!
This feature is based on "weather based YMAP". so choose RAIN or THUNDER with Menyoo, just go to the pause menu of GTA and back into the game.
now you should see a difference.

INSTALL:
1. Run OpenIV
2. Drag and drop the folder "modern_wood_house_1a" in the following path "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks"
3. Go to "mods\update\update.rpf\common\data" open "dlclist.xml" and add the line "dlcpacks:/modern_wood_house_1a/"
4. Drag and drop all files from "ReplaceFiles" folder in the following path "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpapartment\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_hills\cityhills_02\cityhills_02_metadata"

A really good job! It fits very well into the overall picture.
The combination of modern and wood is very well done.
the "garden" was what good thought and also MLO technically very nicely implemented.
All in all, a very nice looking mapping / MLO!Am looking forward to your other projects.

В этом доме всё выполнено на серьёзном уровне. Даже сами Rokcstar не выкатили ничего столь высококачественно проработанного как при релизе GTA 5, так и в GTA Online. Побольше бы модификаций такого уровня! Я на всякий случай сделал бэкап заменяемых файлов у себя.

There is a wooden fence rignt infront of the house, anybody know how to remove it? so it could be deleted when the house is loaded maybe

I would like to clarify that the heart of this house is the night + rain ambience.
it should not be a huge villa but a "normal" house for 2 people. so do not expect too much!
Check it out at night because only then it unfolds all its atmosphere.
I would also like to recommend this mod, which serves as a nice addition to the house.
