This house has a rain ambient feture e.g. raindrops on the windows (inside) or water running down the house.
so let it rain when you are in the mood!
For a cozy atmosphere i made the interior a bit darker so relax!
This feature is based on "weather based YMAP". so choose RAIN or THUNDER with Menyoo, just go to the pause menu of GTA and back into the game.
now you should see a difference.

INSTALL:
1. Run OpenIV
2. Drag and drop the folder "modern_wood_house_1a" in the following path "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks"
3. Go to "mods\update\update.rpf\common\data" open "dlclist.xml" and add the line "dlcpacks:/modern_wood_house_1a/"
4. Drag and drop all files from "ReplaceFiles" folder in the following path "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpapartment\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_hills\cityhills_02\cityhills_02_metadata"

the house isn't loading and seems like all of my mods aren't working when the house is in dlcpacks

hi i have a little problem the barrier (the wood one ) in front of the house are blocking the entrance and i dont know how to remove it do you have a solution ?

For anyone that can't see the house loading including me its because gta v has updated and now mlos don't work anymore you need to downgrade your game by going to youtube to watch a video.

Do you create mansion/home shells? Furnished or unfurnished. My server unfortunately doesn't bring in full MLOs but they "transport" you into home interiors like apartments if that makes sense. Would love to see your interiors as such. Amazing!

the mpapartment file with cityhills_2 inside doesn't exist in my gta 5 directory so idk where tf those replace files are supposed to go.

I would like to clarify that the heart of this house is the night + rain ambience.
it should not be a huge villa but a "normal" house for 2 people. so do not expect too much!
Check it out at night because only then it unfolds all its atmosphere.
I would also like to recommend this mod, which serves as a nice addition to the house.
