this is an island that i made using menyoo
for this mod to work you will need custom props Add On
https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/custom-prop
map builder https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder
and menyoo https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
then drag the xml. file into menyoostuff/spooner.
