So I watched all 5 seasons of Breaking Bad in a week...This was the result.
This is a map editor creation using the interior and exterior of Roger's Scrap and Salvage. I've put security cameras and alarms everywhere, a meth lab and drug shipping/processing facility inside, heavily armed security guards inside and normal security guards outside so it doesn't arouse suspicion, and some more subtle changes to the actual scrapyard.
This was originally intended for personal use and was made just for fun.
You need Guadmaz's Map Editor.
You need Open All Interiors if you want to be able to go inside.
(Also, load the map while inside the facility, or else some of the guards may end up disappearing or inside the ground)

Awesome! Finding a map here that's actually decent enough to increase freeroam value while not lagging your game due to 100000000000000 objects always feels so rewarding. Nice job dude! I hope you make some more.
