So i used some more time on this map.
added some more details and other things!:)
Install:
Gta 5 Directory\Menyostuff\spooner\place the file there and you are ready
In game
1. open menyoo menu
2. go to objet spooner
3. select manage saved files
4. select FILE House
5. select load placement
You will need:
Map builder
Manyoo spooner
any problems or bugs please let me know!
ENJOY!!
