We have been trying to get this area of this map cleaned up for a while because we actually do a lot of RP here. Well that led me to learning how to clean it up and make it look better. Well i present to you my very edit. This again is just a clean version of this area.
Bugs: there is a small garage inside the compound that is now empty but there is a clear collision wall. Currently working on getting that out of the way and possibly putting a lift and other small things in there.
The stairs in the back are a little off from the original placement. Honestly i like the look of it better so its why i went with it. I may put out a version later that has this fixed.
There is also an invisible wall behind the main garage near where the giant tanks used to be. working on removing that as well.
File is ready for FiveM meaning just extract the file put it in your resources on your server and Start the resource in the server.cfg
For Single Player
A - Extract the files and then copy the files from the steam folder and set it on your desktop
B - Open OpenIV, install it if you dont have it already
C - [Make sure you go into edit mode!!]
D - Click update> x64> dlcpacks> custom_maps>dlc.rpf> x64> levels> gta5> citye> maps> custom_maps.rpf
E - Then take the files and drag & drop it into OpenIV then its in!
Please do not upload this on other sites or locations and DO NOT SELL.

I have made an update and fixed the collision.. however, when you go inside the garage... you go invisible.. so until i figure out why.. i might just put a garage door over this area.
Is there any requirement for this mod? I have .ymap constructions working in the game, but by installing these from your mod, Hayes garage still dirty and apparently nothing has changed :(
i put the instructions in the description. this isnt using anything addon.. its just moving things below the map.
How use in gta 5 offline?
I did everything but its not working. Also, where does the _resource.lua file go?

I don't do single player so I'm sorry. It should just replace the files. Unfortunately I'm not much help for the single player as I only do things for fivem mp
how do yu add to single player
Hey got this is in and the poly shapes (like what show when you are really far away) of the cars and bus/dumpsters are still there and show when youre in the garage area. Any idea how to clear it of the poly shapes?
