1. Place the XML FILE in GTAV/menyoostuff/Spooner
2. In GTAV open MENYOO then go to Object Spooner>Manage Saved Files
3. Scroll down till you see Car Crash then load it And your DONE

The screenshots that you see are the new version and the file for the new version is still getting approved so if you want the new one you will have to wait.
@Izzm I must admit the setup on the scene is odd I do not think the cones are that necessary for the sidewalk as it is unlikely cars would be driving into that driveway anyway
