The FIB building has been abandoned for years
Require :

Files :
- fib.xml -> Menyoo
- water.xml -> OpenIV
Installation :
- Extract fib.xml file to menyoostuff- Spooner
- Launch GTA5
- Open Menyoo- Manage saved file - Load xml file
How to install water :
- Start OpenIV
- Go to: /update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5
OR
- Go to: /common.rpf/data/levels/gta5
- Add the water.xml file by the file you just downloaded
