I'm writing this for people who wanna download and play with this mod in future I have to warn you guys because after installing this mod along with few others I noticed a bug that removed my "Advanced graphics settings" from setting menu and few more important settings were also missing and after spending hours and hours trying to find which mod did it I came across this mod and when I remove it everything came back...now I don't know if this was a coincidence or a deadly combo of mods to turn my game like that but be warned!!!

it works kinda...sometimes ambulance doesn't even care but sometimes they heal the npc it's weird

Ok nvm i fixed it :D Btw I love her reaction when i refuse to pay what a woman!

@Paracosma Alr man I'll keep an eye out but I don't think it has any issues. Only problem I saw was her runing in front of cars..but that just makes it even more fun imo

I tested this mod for a little bit and it's awesome! and I haven't seen any bug yet so this goes right into my mod list...good job man!!!

Who needs realism in a video game? lol this is way more fun than normal game and I think headshot reactions are waaaay better than vanilla!
