@ilovetobykeith@wolby2010, I found a work around for the texture glitch on those vehicles. While looking through the comments for NVR. The work around is navigate to mods/update/update.prf/common/data, and while in OpenIV you want to edit the dlclist.xml. You will want find the following <Item>dlcpacks:\NVR_emissive\</Item> and either delete that line or <!--Item>dlcpacks:\NVR_emissive\</Item--> then save. As always you might want to make a backup of that file incase something bad happens. Personally I chose to change it to the one with <!--Item>dlcpacks:\NVR_emissive\</Item--> and I haven't had any problems yet.
