I really like this as it adds so much life to game world but i unfortunately can't use it, it crashes on script load (when the notification stating that events and vehicles are spawned in appears in the bottom left). Im going to let my logs here and hopefully @Eddlm can do something about those crashes.
I have only 1 script, and it's Lively World, no other script, so i didn't bother uploading the ScriptHookV.log and ScriptHookDotNet.log to pastebin as its pretty empty and didn't see anything suspicious, tell me if i should upload them.
To answer to @jeikms01 look in LivelyWorld.ini and .xml you can activate, deactivate and change the % probability for a lot of things in there. You're looking for Line 21: PlayerCoolCarPhoto in the .xml
