It's one thing to make a gameconfig that supports Liberty City, but quite another to have it as prerequisite. The Liberty City project has been officially canceled and removed at the request of Rockstar Games.

First of all, thank you for the gameconfig file. It really worked, brilliant. However, after adding this gameconfig file, I noticed there were a lot of traffic vehicles in the game. How can I reduce this traffic? It's putting a lot of strain on my processor.

@TrueBest I don't think so. I guess there was no need for an external gameconfig for 2372.

Rebalanced Dispatch Enhanced will overwrite the gameconfig file, causing Lcpp Liberty City traffic flow to fail
