Chem Is A Forward Deployment Base Of The US Army. The existence of the chemical gas is classified. There are Merryweather mercenaries, IAA employees, and U.S. Army soldiers at the Base. There is only ground transportation at the base. There is also air support from the northwest from the AC-130, and video surveillance from drones throughout the base.
